IMHX 2010 organisers (Quartz Publishing and Exhibitions Ltd and the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA)) are said to have been delighted with the quality and quantity of visitors, as well as the extremely positive mood at the NEC (UK) event in November, and Transmon Engineering was among the exhibitors that enjoyed success, with strong visitor numbers to the stand and a high number of enquiries.
Visitors to the Transmon stand were presented with a range of electronic devices and systems designed to deliver low cost, reduced carbon emissions, heightened safety and increased efficiency when fitted to materials handling equipment. There was also a consultation area where visitors could sit with a specialist to discuss ways to enhance their operation.
“Despite recent difficult times across the industry, there was a really positive atmosphere at IMHX 2010 from exhibitors and visitors, which was reflected in the number of visitors and enquiries we received on our stand”
Paul Sercombe of Transmon says. “IMHX is an important event in the industry’s calendar and this year, more than ever, it was a great opportunity to meet, and speak to, existing and potential customers and to acknowledge that, while there may still be a long way to go, things are beginning to improve”.
