Active RFID Warning Systems
Zoning System
Triggers devices in certain areas (i.e speed savure)
The Zoning system triggers Transmon devices in certain areas.
It is bespoke to a specific site and can help control factors
such as speed (i.e zone speed Savure) in certain areas.

System Operation
- 3 Wires are fed with low voltage current through our wall mounted controller these are installed into the floor areas of the desired entrance / exit
- An Active Loop / Wire Receiver system will be installed and commissioned to each truck.
- This detection systems counts and therefore knows the direction the truck is travelling
- This defines the 2 zones of low speed or high speed.
- The system always defaults to low speed
- The system can be wired into a Transmon Speed Savure 1 or Speed Savure 6 or if fitted an in built truck limiter or VMC (vehicle management system) / EMC (engine management system)
- If speed reduction is not required then warning devices (beacons & audible warning) can be triggered to create additional awareness to alert pedestrians that a truck is in close proximity and that they should take caution.
- When the truck detects a Wire 1 line the dash mounted indicator shows yellow and the operator is able to select high speed via a dash mounted push button. When in high speed the dash mounted indicator shows RED. The operator has the ability to toggle high/low speed at any time.
- When the truck detects a low wire line the dash mounted indicator shows green and the truck defaults to low speed and automatically slows down when returning to the entrance.
